From my first contact with Dennis James, I was impressed with the professionalism at Triad. They recently handled mold remediation and repairs at my condo after a pipe in my ceiling sprung a leak. They were on time, conscientious, well organized, did quality work and were communicative and reliable. I would highly recommend them for any construction work. Tod, Danny, Oscar, Frederick, Angel, and Jose all did a great job and Tammy was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

Upon discovering water damage from a leak, they responded quickly and put a plan together to determine the cause as well as coordinated all parties to not only figure it out, but fix the problem. Todd came out today and met with my wife and flooring company, Bay 10 flooring. We were concerned as there was moisture on the slab the other day and we were already concerned that we had a high water table. He came out and calmed our fears letting us know that we had no major issue and that the sealant that the flooring company was going to use would be perfect. We had so much fear and Todd could have taken advantage of that, however, he was incredibly honest and that is hard to find these days. Thank you for helping us.

We are mid renovation on a 1980s slab home and when we took up the old floor we were met with moisture issues, hydrostatic pressure, effervescence, etc. Tod Duffield partnered with our flooring company and came out incredibly quickly. He did a thorough evaluation of our slab and gave us confidence in our next steps. Tammy was great and easy to schedule with, Tod was thorough and knowledgeable. Overall wonderful experience.

Tod and the TRIAD Team have been amazing to work with! Very friendly, knowledgeable and great pricing! Tod helped to work with my insurance company to ensure the quote was approved and work was completed timely and in a professional manner. I cant say enough about Dennis and his team at Triad. Immediately after Hurricane Helene there was a team cleaning out wet drywall and debris that was ruined. They were fast, efficient and professional. We also hired them to do our rebuild with Morgan as our project manager. I got used to texting him and if I had a question he was right there with an answer and a visit if it was warranted. If we ever are in need of a restoration contractor(hopefully not for another storm!) we won't hesitate to give Triad a call. Thank you Dennis, Laura(for design ideas and moral support:)), Morgan, Tammy and the office staff, Tod and all the amazing subs! Our home is finished now and beautiful!

Wonderful company...great attention to detail and quality work

I hired Triad Restoration to mitigate flood damage to my home after Hurricane Helene in late September 2024. I couldn't have been happier with their work. The crews were professional, fast, and very clean. I know of several neighbors who paid considerably more and were less than satisfied. I strongly recommend Triad Restoration!
